I'm passionate about helping leaders and organizations learn better, transform fully and achieve their highest goals & aspirations.

I’ve spent years on the front lines of learning and leadership. In those roles I built high performing military teams, managed complex organizations and diverse talent networks and I led the transformation of the Navy's undergraduate leadership education and development program.
